Products' servicing

The company SPECTRI provides full warranty and post warranty service maintenance for the products from all partners SPECTRI is dealing with (Brüel & Kjær, ENDEVCO, PCH, TIRA, INNOVA, RDP).

We undertake the obligation of providing of at least 10 years post warranty service maintenance for all sold from us products.

Service Handling Manager – Dipl. Eng. Boris Mihaylov, who has permission and authorization from all partners for taking over, handling and administration of warranty and post warranty service maintenance of their products.

Service Technical Managers – D-r Eng. Milcho Georgiev, Dipl. Eng. Dimitar Yankov, who has permission and authorization from all partners for taking over, and technical handling of warranty and post warranty service maintenance of their products.

Principles of the service maintenance

- Service documentation and equipment – according to the standards and requirements from SPECTRI’s partners for warranty and post warranty service maintenance of their products.

- Methodology – strictly observing the specific service documentation, manuals and service instructions for each serviced unit.
