The organization of SPECTRI’s service activity
The company SPECTRI provides full warranty and post warranty service maintenance for the products from all partners SPECTRI is dealing with (Brüel & Kjær, ENDEVCO, PCH, TIRA, INNOVA, RDP).
We undertake the obligation of providing of at least 10 years post warranty service maintenance for all sold from us products.

Service Handling Manager – Dipl. Eng. Boris Mihaylov, who has permission and authorization from all partners for taking over, handling and administration of warranty and post warranty service maintenance of their products.
Service Technical Managers – D-r Eng. Milcho Georgiev, Dipl. Eng. Dimitar Yankov, who has permission and authorization from all partners for taking over, and technical handling of warranty and post warranty service maintenance of their products.
