Brüel & Kjær

The company Brüel & Kjær – Denmark has been founded in 1942 by Per Brüel and Viggo Kjær. From 1994 the company becomes a member of Spectris Group – UK (http://www.spectris.com). The turnover for the last years is more than 150 million EUR per year.

The company is the world’s leader in the field of sound and vibration, with more than 65% of global market share. The main ISO and EN standards for sound and vibration have been made together with and by experts from Brüel & Kjær.
